We aspire never to have to see a shirt come back to us. If somehow you do receive a shirt that not meet our desired fit due to inconsistencies and inaccuracies in the measurements provided to us by you, we offer a solution that provides peace of mind to all concerned and is equitable. In such a case, we will be happy to adjust your pattern and remake your shirt at half price plus shipping, or alternatively we can offer to give you a 50% discount on your next full price order. If, however, we are at fault for processing your order incorrectly, we will make your order free of charge.
